Trial Support

ATTACC Software trial customers are entitled to 30 days of installation and configuration assistance. Our expert support staff will answer any questions you may have during the installation or configuration of your trial.


Maintenance and Support

Our yearly maintenance includes support for issues you may encounter using the product and includes the following:

  • Product releases and updates
  • Online submission of incidents
  • Online/Callback support to expedite resolution1
  • Enhancement requests

1 Normal support hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Excludes occasional downtime due to system or server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control. At time we are able to provide after hours support for west coast customers.
