ATTACC Password Manager is a self service password management solution that eliminates Windows password related issues.  User's can reset their own password securely and faster.  And they can do this without borrowing a co-workers computer to use a browser.  They can reset their password directly from the Windows logon screen.  The user must first register themselves by answering a list of questions.  This is all done securely with SSL.  User's Windows passwords are not stored in the database; only their answers are stored and all data in the database is encrypted for security.

Integration

All password reset activity automatically creates a ticket in ATTACC Help Desk.  The information in the ticket is customizable via a template. This enables reporting to see in print your return of investment.
