ATTACC Service Desk enables your organization to track changes from submission, review, approval and implementation. It is easy to use but allows for comprehensive tracking of resources, cost and approvals throughout the process.
Impact of resources and costs can be tracked to know the full impact of a change. Labor costs can be added for each individual needed during the process to account for both the hours and associated cost of their time. Asset costs for new or upgraded assets can be entered to know the financial impact of the change. Other miscellanous costs for any other type of cost that impacts the change request can be added as well. All of these impacts are shown on the summary panel within the change window and can also be reported on.
ATTACC Service Desk's change process can handle single or multiple approvals as needed. Approvers are sent a configurable email with a link to a web page that is viewable in either a desktop or mobile browser. The approval page allows them to review the impact and effected assets of the change and either accept or reject the request and enter comments.
Tasks can be assigned for each change request. Each task can be assigned to a different team or technician. Tasks can have scheduled start and finish dates to keep the change process on track.
